Log into your Clearbox account. Once you are logged in, follow the prompts to Complete your background check. Then, select, You need to upgrade your account to access your background check.
PLEASE be sure that the name on the credit card being used matches the name on the profile. Also, PLEASE be sure to click the "PAY" button ONLY ONCE. If not, your card may be charged for duplicate transactions. You should then get a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your SPAM and Junk folders.
Depending on your plan type, your background check will either be immediately viewable/printable from your profile page or you will see a red Complete your Background Check and need to complete short form to order it. There will not be any additional charges. It will remain active for one year from the day it was purchased.
