If you already have an account in Clearbox, have forgotten your password and your email address has changed, you won't be able to use the reset password function as the system will send your reset information to an email address that you don't have access to. You'll have to open a new ticket and have us reset your password manually. You'll need to send us proof of identity such as a copy of your driver's license and you'll need to know the previous email address you used to create the account.
